Working in administration for a construction company and a home builder before becoming a Realtor®, Stacee Foster of Premier Plus Realty experienced all aspects of real estate, from the start of a build to comparative market analysis, document preparation, selling, and final negotiations. Whether it’s a single-family home, a multifamily investment property, or a condominium, she’s been through it — but never far from the Gulf Coast. A lifelong Floridian, Stacee lived in Panama City Beach before moving south to Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Estero. “I love the beach,” she says. “I have always been a beach girl and love the water.” It’s no surprise that she specializes in waterfront properties. Being a real estate professional comes naturally to Stacee. She finds all the motivation she needs in the smiling faces of her clients when she sells their home or makes a first-time buyer’s dreams come true. In fact, her bright outlook has earned her the nickname “Sunshine.” Happy clients consistently give her five-star ratings across the board for her local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills. In her spare time, Stacee volunteers with the local Women’s Club and believes it’s important to be a part of the community. She also has a passion for running — and, of course, anything on the water or at the beach.
